Pilsa Plastic Incorporation has been established in 1971. While investing to produce industrial type big bag, Pilsa had continued its plastic pipe investments in Adana-Ceyhan.

- From past to present, Pilsa cyclically had various activities, which are;

- 1981-2001 weaving of drapery textile

- 1989-2000 producing and marketing bottle cap

- 1993-1997 producing Toyota Automotive bumper in Adapazarı Industrial Zone Facilities.

- 1997-2004 producing and marketing door and window profile brand name called Winsa in Adapazarı Site.

- 1998-2000 trading durable consumer goods under the brand name of Sharp.

- Pilsa becomes a part of Wavin Group as of January 2008

- Pilsa continues its business focusing on producing plastic pipes and fittings.
